Each class begins or ends with a dedicated breathwork practice aimed at focussing on inhales and exhales to improve health, vitality and athletic performance. Classes focus on a combination of technique based and dynamic Vinyasa flow which links each movement to the breath. This allows students to find strength in lengthened positions, whilst also flowing with the breath to create more mindful movement. Harnessing the breath allows each individual to connect with themselves, follow their hearts and unlock their own inner potential
