Classes

Each class begins and ends with a dedicated breathwork practice aimed at improving functional breathing which in turn will improve physical health, mental health, increase energy levels, reduce stress, improve sleep, improve sports performance and the list goes on. Classes focus on a combination of technique based and dynamic Vinyasa flow, linking each movement to the breath. This allows students to find strength in lengthened positions, whilst also flowing with the breath to create more mindful movement. Harnessing the breath allows each individual to connect with themselves, follow their hearts and unlock their own inner potential.
