Classes
Each class begins and ends with a dedicated breathwork practice aimed at improving functional breathing which in turn will improve physical health, mental health, increase energy levels, reduce stress, improve sleep, improve sports performance and the list goes on. Classes focus on a combination of technique based and dynamic Vinyasa flow, linking each movement to the breath. This allows students to find strength in lengthened positions, whilst also flowing with the breath to create more mindful movement. Breath is a vital component in each posture, enhancing focus, strength, core stability, and balance. By adjusting your breath, you can deepen your connection to the movement, allowing for greater awareness and control. As you progress through each pose, mindful breathing will help you cultivate a sense of stability and presence. Harnessing the breath allows each individual to connect with themselves, follow their hearts and unlock their own inner potential.
Please be aware that classes held at the Walled Gardens are subject to weather conditions. In the event of a cancellation due to adverse weather, participants registered for the classes will receive a notification the evening prior to the scheduled class taking place. As such there will be no charge for the booking of the Walled Gardens classes. Payment can be made via Revolut to @aislinoake or in cash on the day. Thank you for your understanding!
